QAQC
We have state-of- the-art equipment and in-house quality assurance procedures ensures the excellence and consistency of our products.

These procedures include -

  • Treating our customers as the first priority
  • Real time tracking of orders
  • Engineering department, which reviews all incoming drawings to ensure manufacturing competence
  • Inspection, Testing and documentation of incoming material
  • Internal control of manufacturing processes including - forming, heat treatment and grinding, finishing and inspection, hardness testing, passivating, and tensile testing.
Singapore Spring implements quality control and hires technicians to inspect our equipment using various inspection equipment such as spring testers, spring torque and profile projectors.

These materials include - 
(Wire sizes range from 0.1mm to 16mm)

  • Music Wire (DIN 17223, Class C, Class D)
  • Piano Wire (SWPB)

    • Stainless Steel (SUS 301, SUS 304, SUS 316, SUS 17-7 PH, DIN 177224)
Types of Material
From the commonly used music wire, stainless steel, phosperous bronze, brass to exotic materials such as beryllium copper, nickel, iridium and rhodium.
Spring Designing
We pride ourselves on our ability to provide assistance with designing compression, tension and torsion springs in a range of materials and thickness.

We have the latest modern computer springs and wire forming machines. The Couple with electronic sensors and servo wo for and skilled technician provide the higest quality products with cost savings passed of to our customers.

Thick Wire Range
We are capable of coiling springs with thickness ranging from 0.1mm to 16mm. As for flat or leaf springs, the range would be from 0.01mm to 3mm.
